Terms of service

1. Services

Meraki Design Labs F.Z.E. provides professional design services including (but not limited to) landing page design, product design, UI/UX design, and related creative work. All services are described on our website or agreed upon in writing before a project begins.

2. Booking & Payment

• Clients may book a call through our website to discuss projects.

• Project fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

• A deposit may be required to secure a project slot. Remaining balances are due as outlined in the project agreement.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where we are unable to deliver agreed-upon services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

• Delays in providing content or approvals may affect project timelines.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any materials (such as images, logos, or copy) they provide to us.

4. Revisions

• Each project includes a set number of revisions, which will be clearly stated in the project agreement.

• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

5. Deliverables & Ownership

• Final design files (e.g., Figma files, prototypes, style guides) will be delivered upon completion of the project and full payment.

• Clients are granted full rights to the final approved designs.

• Meraki Design Labs F.Z.E. retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Timelines

• Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project.

• While we make every effort to meet deadlines, timelines may shift depending on project scope, client feedback, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Confidentiality

• We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details.

• Any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) requested by clients will be honored.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are design-focused. We are not responsible for development, implementation, or technical errors once files are handed off, unless explicitly agreed upon.

• We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue, missed opportunities, or third-party issues arising from the use of our designs.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project in writing if obligations are not being met.

• In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for completed work up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
